Faisal Movers Cargo Service — Parcels, Luggage & Bulk Goods

The same Faisal Movers network that carries passengers also carries parcels. If you need to send something to another city — or you are travelling with more luggage than the free allowance — this page explains both options honestly, including the one thing most cargo guides get wrong: the rates.

Two Ways Your Goods Travel

Cargo on Faisal Movers works in two different ways, and travellers confuse them. Here is the difference, plainly.

Travelling Yourself

On the Bus You Travel In — Luggage

Your luggage travels in the hold of the bus you are travelling in. The free allowance depends on the route and the class, so confirm it at booking — do not rely on a single number from any website. Extra weight beyond the allowance is charged as cargo. Arrive 30–45 minutes before departure so your bags are weighed and loaded in time, and label every bag with your name and mobile number.

Sending Without Travelling

From a Terminal Cargo Point — Bulk Goods

If you are not travelling yourself, take your goods to the cargo counter at a Faisal Movers terminal. The counter staff weigh the parcel, note the destination and the recipient's name and mobile number, and your goods usually travel on a scheduled bus to that city. This is the right option for parcels, documents and bulk goods going from one city to another — the same counters handle both small parcels and large consignments.

How to Send a Parcel in 4 Steps

  1. Visit the cargo counter

Go to the cargo counter at your nearest Faisal Movers terminal. If you are unsure which terminal has a cargo counter, call the helpline 0311-1224488 (UAN 111-22-44-88) first and confirm the counter timings.

  2. Weigh and declare

Tell the counter staff the weight, the destination city and the recipient's name and mobile number. Pack fragile items well yourself — strong boxes and clear labelling save arguments later.

  3. Pay and keep your builty

Pay the charge at the counter and take your builty (consignment note) number. That number is your receipt and your only proof of booking — keep it safe and share it with the recipient.

  4. Recipient collects at the destination

The recipient usually collects the parcel from the destination terminal's cargo counter. Confirm the exact collection process at booking, and ask the recipient to carry their original CNIC.

What You Can Send

Cargo counters typically accept parcels, documents and envelopes, household goods, excess baggage and larger bulk shipments. If your item is fragile, valuable, perishable or unusual in size, describe it at the counter before booking — the staff will tell you whether it can travel and how it must be packed. For anything restricted or prohibited, the counter's word is final; do not rely on a website list.

Cargo Rates — Read This Before You Believe Any Table

Most cargo guides publish a neat per-kg rate table. We do not — because the published tables disagree with each other, some by two or three times. A table that looks precise but is wrong helps nobody.

The honest position is this: the charge depends on the weight, the distance and the type of item. A small document to a nearby city and a heavy bulk consignment to Karachi are priced differently, and rates change over time. Confirm the exact charge at the cargo counter or on the helpline 0311-1224488 before you send anything — that one phone call is worth more than any rate table on the internet, including ours if we had printed one.

Tracking Your Parcel

This guide has no online tracking tool, deliberately. A parcel's real status lives only with the cargo office that booked it. Keep your builty (consignment note) number and ask the cargo counter or the helpline 0311-1224488 for the status. Do not trust any website that claims to show your parcel's live location from a number alone.

Cargo Counters at Major Terminals

Cargo counters operate at the major terminals. Counter timings can change, so call 0311-1224488 before visiting with a large consignment.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I send a parcel through Faisal Movers cargo?

Visit the cargo counter at a Faisal Movers terminal, give the weight, destination and recipient's details, pay the charge and keep your builty number. The parcel usually travels on a scheduled bus, and the recipient collects it from the destination terminal counter.

How much does Faisal Movers cargo cost per kg?

There is no single fixed rate — it depends on weight, distance and item type, and published guides disagree. Confirm the exact charge at the cargo counter or on 0311-1224488 before sending.

Can my luggage travel on the same bus as me?

Yes, in the bus hold. The free allowance depends on the route and class — confirm at booking. Extra weight is charged as cargo, and you should arrive 30–45 minutes early for loading.

How do I track my parcel?

Keep your builty (consignment note) number and ask the cargo counter or the helpline 0311-1224488. This guide has no tracking tool, and no website can show your parcel's live location from a number alone.

Is this the official Faisal Movers website?

No. This is an independent guide. The official Faisal Movers website is faisalmovers.com. We do not sell tickets or book cargo — we explain the process and send you to the official counters and helpline.
